Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy

Refund Policy At Port Phillip Education, we value transparency and for customer satisfaction. Customers may request a refund for their tuition fees in writing via email or SMS. Please be aware that cancellations made less than 24 hours before a lesson are not eligible for a refund. Furthermore, any overpayments resulting from our mistakes will be refunded. We retain the discretion to issue refunds to the customer’s account or credit/debit card.
