1. Enrolment & Registration

Enrolment is confirmed only after the parent/guardian completes the registration form and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate contact details, emergency information, and any relevant learning or medical needs.
The tutoring centre may decline enrolment if the program is not suitable for the student’s learning needs or behaviour requirements.

2. Fees & Payment

Tutoring fees are charged per hour, per term, per session, or per program depending on the enrolment type and the final decision of Port Phillip Education.
Fees can be paid by online payment, credit/debit card, or bank transfer.
All fees must be paid before every lesson unless a payment plan has been approved.
Late payments may result in suspension of lessons until the account is settled.
Receipts will be issued for all payments upon the request of the parents/guardians.

3. Refunds, Cancellations & Make‑Up Lessons

Fees are non‑refundable once the lesson, term or program has commenced.
If the centre cancels a class, a make‑up class or credit will be provided.
If a student misses a class due to illness or personal reasons:
- Make‑up classes may be offered subject to availability.
- Missed classes are not refundable.
For long‑term absences (2+ weeks), parents may request a holiday; and the approval is at the centre’s discretion.
If a student withdraws mid‑term, remaining lessons are not refundable.

4. Behaviour & Classroom Expectations

Students must behave respectfully toward teachers, staff, and other students.
Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in temporary or permanent suspension.
Parents will be notified of any serious behavioural issues.
The centre reserves the right to remove a student from the program if behaviour repeatedly affects learning quality.

5. On‑Campus Safety

Parents/guardians are responsible for drop‑off and pick‑up arrangements.
The centre is not responsible for students outside scheduled class times.
Students must follow all safety instructions provided by staff.
In case of emergency, staff may contact parents or emergency services as needed.

6. Online Class Requirements

Students must attend online lessons using a working device with stable internet.
Cameras should be on unless otherwise approved by the teacher.
Students must participate actively and follow teacher instructions.
Recording of online lessons is strictly prohibited unless authorised by the centre.
Parents are encouraged to supervise younger students during online sessions.

7. Learning Materials & Intellectual Property

All worksheets, videos, slides, and learning resources provided by the centre are for student use only.
Materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.
Online lesson recordings (if provided) remain the property of the centre.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

The centre collects student and parent information solely for enrolment, communication, and educational purposes.
Personal information will not be shared with third parties except where required by law or for safety reasons.
Online classes may use third‑party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams). Parents agree to the platform’s privacy policies.

9. Photography & Video Consent

The centre may take photos or short videos for educational, training, or promotional purposes.
Parents may opt out by notifying the centre in writing.
No student images will be shared publicly without consent.

10. Liability

The centre takes all reasonable steps to provide a safe learning environment.
The centre is not liable for personal items lost or damaged on campus.
Parents/guardians accept responsibility for any damage caused by their child to centre property.
